3. Improved NPS and CSAT Scores: Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) has soared to 57, a significant improvement from 16 last year. Additionally, our Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) rating stands at an impressive 9.7, reflecting the high level of satisfaction among our customers.
