The Second Wave of Updates: Salesforce Winter ‘20 and Spring ‘20

Released in December 2019 with more than 3,100 features, Salesforce Winter ‘20 update was one of the biggest updates in the platform’s history. This release was mostly focused on improving customer experience, customer data management, process improvements, and analytics.

The second update of the year, Salesforce Spring ‘20, was released in early March 2020. It introduced several new features, including Lightning Flow enhancements, more enterprise-level features, improved Omni-Channel, and seamless API integration. This update was also focused on mentoring customer experience and customer data management.
